We are pleased to offer our visitors some exclusive photos of the team at the pre-season training camp in Marbella, click here to view photos. We will also be providing you with the results and assessment of the pre-season matches held in Marbella. I can confirm that the lads are training very hard in extremely hot conditions but are coping very well, David Dunn is looking very fit and fingers crossed will have the season he (and we) deserves after the problems he has had. Bruno N'Gotty is also training and looks a strong solid player. The players and staff seem in a great mood and are very hopeful of having a good season. Stay tuned for the match results and reports that will appear here first.

The city council has in it's wisdom, strangely (but not surprisingly) decided to back the NEC's flawed proposal rather than the impressive one set out by Blues, this is a scandalous decision and should be challenged by both BCFC and the people of Birmingham. This was a one in a million opportunity to really put the City of Birmingham on the sporting map. The council should feel ashamed by what they have done as once again they have let the people they are supposed to represent down. The people wanted this to be in Birmingham and have made their feelings known but what do this council care what the majority think, they have once more proved to be both weak of mind and weak of spirit.

In order to secure funding for The Birmingham Sports Village, Birmingham needs to bid successfully for the UK's first regional casino license.

A panel appointed by the government is considering bids from cities across the country and one of the key factors will be the level of public support each location can demonstrate.

This city has a great chance of success, and over 30,000 people have already signed our petition, but we need your support. Please click here to find out more and pledge your support.

I am very pleased to announce that our site has been awarded the prestigious 4 Football award in the "Best Unofficial Birmingham City Football Club Website" category for the season 2003/04.

The Predictions League is again proving to be very popular, those that would like to join please go ahead and click on the Become a Member link at the bottom of the yellow links box, good luck.

Thank you for visiting the BCFC Fanzine site. Firstly I would like to point out that this is not a commercial site and has been financed by me, the site does not produce any revenue whatsoever. This site is a non official site and therefore all comments and thoughts are purely mine or of other Bluenoses and in no way reflect the thoughts of Birmingham City Football Club PLC or anyone associated with Birmingham City Football Club PLC.

I originally set up the site in 1998 being a life long Bluenose and interested in the internet it seemed like a good idea. Many changes have taken place since then and I hope to continue adding and improving the site for many years to come if I am allowed.

The BCFC Fanzine Prediction League proved to be very successful last season and the competition went to the wire. I expect this seasons competition to be equally as exciting, although it will be more difficult as Birmingham are in new territory. In the BCFC Fanzine Predictions League you can predict the scores for all of Blues league matches to see how you measure up against other Bluenose as there is a league table to show your progress. Please sign up to play the Predictions League, the more that sign up the more exciting it will be.

We also have a Downloads page where you can download a BCFC screen saver designed by yours truly and a couple of familiar sounds and some games are also available. If you have anything that you would like to contribute and share with other Bluenoses please feel free to drop me a line.

The BCFC Disabled Supporters Club has a section within the site which we hope to update regularly, please visit this page and recommend it to anyone that you think may benefit from it. We have also added some features and events from the BCFC Historical Society which will be updated as new events are organised so keep watching this space.

If you would like to see anything else added or would like to contribute in some way please do not hesitate to send me an email at: webmaster@bcfcfanzine.com.

Thanks and enjoy.
